Here is the agenda for the Month of December. Beginning with the monthly meeting on Wednesday, December 10th at the Rite is as follows:
We will meet at the Scottish Rite office at 8930 East US Hwy 40, Terre Haute, IN 47803. The E-Board will meet at 6:30 PM and the regular stated meeting will start at 7:30 PM. We will have sandwiches served immediately at the closing of the meeting. Hope to see you there.
On Saturday, December 13th at 3:00 PM we will have our pizza and a movie with Santa. Kids of all ages and adults are welcome to attend. Santa and his helper will be there to pass out gifts and visit with the Children.
Our last event for this month and the year will be on December 31st New Year's Eve. We will meet at Logan's Rib Eye 100 S Fruitridge Ave, Terre Haute, IN at 5:00 PM for a social hour. You will order off the menu at 6:00 PM. You can come join the officers of the Rite for an evening of friendship and fellowship and still have time to make it home or to another event before the ball drops for the New Year.
And finally, we would like to remind you that your dues for 2026 are now due. We would like to say thank you to all those who have already paid and we encourage those who have not paid to address this matter sooner rather than later. If by chance you need help with your dues, please contact the office at (812) 234-3761 Mon-Thurs. 9 AM – 3 PM or email us at office@aasrthin.org and we will make every effort to assist. We do value YOU as our member.
In observation of Christmas the office will be closed on Wednesday, December 24th Christmas Eve and Thursday, December 25th Christmas Day. In observation of New Year, we will be closed Wednesday, December 31st and Thursday, January 1, 2026. Offices to reopen Monday, January 5th, 2026.

November Update
Thirty Seconds for 32° Update
The Awards Banquet for the Years of Service Awards, Scotty Awards, MSA Awards, and the 33° Degree Awards are set for Saturday November 1st. The social hour starts at 5:00 with dinner at 6:00 and the awards presentation starting at 7:00. A reservation is necessary because of the meal. For more information, please contact the office at (812) 234-3761.
The agenda for the monthly meeting November 12th here at the Rite is as follows. The E-Board will meet at 6:30. The traditional Clam Chowder and Chili will be served at 7:00 followed by a video degree to honor our veterans at 7:30. The regular stated meeting is suspended for the month.
In observation of Thanksgiving the office here at the Scottish Rite Valley of Terre Haute will be closed on November 26th and 27th.
